You purchase a license for your desired number of seats, and we provide access keys for each seat. Your team members redeem these keys to activate their accounts with full Standard-tier access. You manage all keys and track usage through your admin dashboard.
Yes! You can add seats at any time. Additional seats are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Contact us to adjust your license, and we'll generate new keys immediately.
The admin dashboard lets you generate and manage access keys, view which keys are active or available, track team usage and progress, see score improvements, and export reports. Department and higher tiers include advanced analytics.
Access keys are 16-character codes (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that team members enter to activate their accounts. Each key is single-use and tied to one account. Keys can be revoked and reassigned if needed.
